Main Objective:

Development of a modern educational platform supporting young people in choosing a career in the technical industry

Intermediate goals:

Analysis and diagnosis of key competence gaps among young people learning in vocational education and training systems.
Development of educational content for non-formal trainings taking into account the requirements of the metal industry market.
Development of professional competences and educational mobility of VET teachers and career counselors.
Promotion of dual education and strengthening cooperation between schools and entrepreneurs.

The project benefits from funding of EUR 117,000 received from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway under the EEA Funds.
