International Project Meeting – Inauguration of the project in Poland
The international project meeting took place in Poland – at the project leader Eduexpert Sp. z o.o. in June 2021 . The meeting included a workshop on the exchange of experiences, information, collected materials and an organisational part devoted to planning further activities in the project, analysing financial and material progress, monitoring and evaluation of the work carried out.
The next project meeting will take place in September in Turkey. The aim of the meeting will be to monitor the developed results, verify and evaluate them.
Project results:
The delivery of 3 e-learning courses is underway:
- computer skills , ability to work with remote working software;
- learning specialised programmes using accounting and human resources software as an example;
- language-oriented learning in specialised computer programmes (most common phrases in the specialised vocabulary of computer programmes), consultation of their contents with project experts (lecturers, expert psychologists), translation of contents into the languages of the partnerships.
All courses are designed to support women in their daily remote work. Their universal nature will allow them to reach women of different ages, professions and computer skills.
In preparation for the implementation of e-learning courses in each partnership country, we organised workshops with women and subject matter experts . During the meetings, model support systems for women returning to the labour market were developed. Assumptions/proposals for multimedia courses were developed during the workshops. The content of individual training modules was developed in line with the diagnosed and detailed training needs.
