Training in career counseling for teachers.
Did you know that we not only train students and learners but also teachers? As part of ‘The Labor Market Accessible to Everyone’ project, we organized training sessions to prepare specialists in career counseling to work with people with disabilities.
As part of this initiative, we conducted online and in-person training for over 2,000 teachers, educators, and specialists in career counseling. Additionally, we prepared educational, methodological, and training materials, as well as online games.
Thanks to the organized training sessions and materials, teachers and specialists gained knowledge, skills, and tools useful for career counseling for individuals with various educational needs.

- Preparation, execution, and printing of training material sets.
- Production and post-production of 6 educational films.
- Preparation and layout of a methodological guide along with lesson scenarios and worksheets, and embedding it on the ZPE platform.
- Adaptation of all materials to WCAG standards.
