PROJECT TYPE
The project is being implemented in partnership by the “Pomerania” University of Humanities, the Łukasiewicz Research Network, the Institute of Exploitation Technology, and Eduexpert, a limited liability company, as part of the European Funds for Social Development 2021–2027 Program, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus.
MAIN OBJECTIVE:
To develop interactive tools that facilitate the creation of career paths and educational pathways using existing career guidance materials, databases, and classifications.
The main outcome is a functional database of interactive career guidance tools (organized by industry, developed in a format agreed upon with the Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Policy [MRPiPS] to enable their publication on the PSZ Portal) that facilitate the creation of career and educational pathways for occupations, allowing users to search for occupations using specific filters, compare occupations, requirements,
tasks, skills, and qualifications, as well as the creation of educational and career paths, etc. The project will enable the updating and development of at least 500 occupation descriptions across 10 strategic industries, the creation of a repository of glossaries and tags, and integration with MRPiPS systems (PSZ, CBOP, ePraca).
Target groups:
- employees of labor market organizations (including public employment services), in particular career counselors,
